I worked in a Pharma company Ubiquitous Pharmaceutical Pune as Trainee National Sales Manager for 4 months from 26/10/2020 to 22/02/2021. Company asked me to stop work and issued a NOC for exit of job. Company issued Rs 70000 cheque which they later gave stop payment. All Company property handed over. Still, the company says you have not achieved Targets so we will recover 4 months salary from you. Pending salary and Travelling allowances is Rs 140000 Approx +Rs 210000 notice salary=Rs 350000

A.Hi
You can send a legal notice to the company for breaching the employment agreement and damages, compensation can be claimed for the same. As company had not given any reasonable excuse before firing you, a suit can be filed against them.
