Respected Sir, If a Civil case is dismissed on single bench of Hon'ble High Court , how much time will take (average) to get the judgement copy from Court ? Normally How much time needed to upload a Order in the web site of concerned Court ?How much time is needed to file a petition in the Division Bench ?

time needed to file petition depends on lawyer to lawyer.

A.Hi,
It is added to your knowledge that the order or the judgment is uploaded on the same day on the E-courts website of the state. You can get it from there.
However, it may be delayed for a few days if the court is closed or due to Covid-19.

A.Hi,
Usually, the order or the judgment is uploaded on the same day on the E-courts website of the state. You can get it from there.
