A central government employee who is facing a penalty of stoppage of increment for 5 years and as on date 1.5 years of penalty completed, he resines from his post on personal ground and his resignation is accepted. After that he is selected for another govt. job but the new govt. department do not allow him to join stating that he cannot be allowed to join new govt. department untill his penalty is completed. In this way he lost his both jobs. What should he do ?

you thinking to be oversmart learnt that you can not fool govt.

You can go to a court and seek directions.

A.Hi,
You are advised to file a case in the court pleading that you are willing to pay fine in lieu of your penalty so that you are eligible for a govt job again.

A.Hi,
You can appeal in the court to waive of the penalty or pay fine in lieu of the penalty.
