I does not have copies of supporting document related property and I want to file a civil suit , how to do and I have two birth certificate one of biological father name and other one is step father name(all my identity card are on step father name )as my mother(widow) did second marriage after death of biological father. And have I right on property of my deceased biological father 'share. And please tell me that my mother has right on former husband property after second marriage. And where property is located their my deceased biological father's older brother living and property is on deceased biological grandfather named. And am i legally adopted or not tell me from above given info.

It is added to your knowledge that the property which belonged to your first father will be inherited by you as per the Indian inheritance law under Hindu succession act. Also, your mother will only get the property from your father which was entitled to her after his death of your biological father.

Your mother has similar right even if she is remarried.
If you are adopted then document to that effect has to be checked. Once adopted no further rights from the date of adoption will accrue on you from the family from which you were given in adoption.
If you want to file a civil suit for your property you need to produce your birth certificate and by searching from local office you can find certified copy of your biological father's property. Talk to a lawyer to proceed with the case.
