4 saal pahle maine ek three wheeler auto liya balaji ka indusland bank se finance karke kuch saal baad meri 3 emi Ruk gyi toh recovery wale ghar aaye maine unse time manga toh diya nahi unhone phir unhone bola auto jma karwa do loan khatam ho jayega toh maine auto de diya uski receiving bhi hai ab indusland bank ne court se notice bhejha ki 45000 loan jama karewao ab woh kaise karu mai jab auto bhi le liye meri source of income toh usi se thi.

A.Hi,
You need to give reply to said notice and can do the settlement with the bank, For which you'll have to pay the amount for releasing the auto .

A.Hi,
You need to pay the entire amount to the bank and then your auto will be released. Or else in the said case, you can contest your side and prove your arguments or settle the matter.

A.Details are required to be examined. You may contest the case and can prove settlement with bank after which you had surrendered your auto.
