I am a senior citizen working on commission basis with a milk plant. They are harassing me for my dues. Rs 40,000 pending since one year, 49,000 of feb, and about same amount for Mar. Kindly advice.

A.harassing and not paying are not same. Harassment is very wide term.
you can send legal notice which will solve problem.
after which case can be filed.
