As per the service report my father has short of only two days service in completing 30 years of my service, this in-turn makes my father ineligible for third GRADE PAY increment as he got retire n 31-3-2021 if he has a 2day more service then he was elegible for 3rd Grad pay increment is there any legal think that how can we claim for our 3rd grade pay increment
