L2 , I94 VISA - CONFUSING?
L2 VISA EXPIRATION DATE - 29 APRIL 2021
L2 VISA -PETITION EXPIRATION DATE - 12 TH AUGUST 2020
L2 EAD EXPIRED - 12 TH AUGUST 2020
MY Husband didnt filed any papers for me and i was in my India from April 2019 to March 2021.
last week i came to US ,Though the VISA is not valid as my PED EXPIRED IN AUGUST 2020 ,THE CBP Officer verified we were still legally married and checked my husband's paper work which got approved till August 2023 and stamped my passport till August 2023. My husband is cheating me.
My I94 Valid date - August 2023.
But husband now escaped to India and i got stuk in seattle.He will come back but dont know when he wiill be coming back to US.
Can I stay here in the US. I dont have any paperwork other than I94 Valid till August 2023. My old visa will also be expiring April 2021.
