Sir , This is a question for My Cousin Sister. She had passed BEd Degree . Shecstudied MS Office with practical in that course ( IT as a subject in BEd Course ). Can she apply the post of Public Service Commission exams where MS Office is a Quslification ? For Example Qualification of the post "is Degree and MS Office"
