Sir with my friend's reference I have given money to a person (who tells me that he is a Job consultant) I don't know him personally. But 6 months has been completed but he is not given a job( I got a job letter but joining is not processed because of some issue with them). I have paid 50K but he returned me 25k but now he is not receiving my calls & messages. please tell me how do I take legal action against him.

A.Hi,
You can send a legal notice to him asking for money but if he doesn't respond, further action can be taken and a police complaint can be filed. But firstly, it is advisable to send a legal notice to him.
Thank you
