My friend Mohan applied for a data entry job and sent an scanned photo and signature to a gujarat based company
Agreement letter was sent on line.Thereafter he got suspicious and thought it is fake company so he did not complete the tele verification.Naturally the user ID and password was never activated.He did not paid any money.Now some advocate is saying that he will file FIR.What shall my friend do?
