do you get criminal case in India for violation of court order for not being able to pay civil fine/compensation ordered by court?

A.Dear client,
Any violation and non compliances of any court order can kand you in history or could be recovered by executive of force from your property and for doing so separate charge again may be levied on you.

A.Hi,
According to the provision mentioned under section 64 of IPC, imprisonment is provided in default of fine , therefore if you are unable to pay fine to the court, you will get imprisonment in lieu of fine.
