Dear Sir
I was working with the Limited company from 17th May, 2013 to 4th Jan,2018. We had 5 days working in a week(Monday-Friday). Please let me know whether i am eligible for gratuity?

A.legally the gratuity is due on the completion of 5 years of continues service as you have joined on 17th may 2013 the five year will complete on 16th May 2018 for the eligibility of gratuity. So you will not get any gratuity payment as per law.

A.No.To become eligible you should have rendered continuous service of not less than five years.Under the Payment of Gratuity Act , 1972 & The Payment of Gratuity (Central) Rules, 1972.
