Missing Person more than 45 years

My uncle missing for more than 45 years. There is no copy of FIR nor a report from Police "Not Traceable". As our knowledge Uncle unmarried. How to get his "Death Certificate" to claim his property by his legal heirs?

A.You have to collect the documents of your uncle and approach a local Civil lawyer to file a civil suit in the jurisdiction, you can take help of local authorities.

A.File a duit for declaration of death of your uncle before the civil court. State all the facts ans circumstances there in plaint. Hire a good lawyer preferably from vidhikarya Panel of advocates
