Renew problem

Sir. I have a shop for hotel purpose with a 3year legal agreement. Agreement started 2018 and ends 2021 but this year owner said that if you not changed the trade means other than hotel that she can not renew the agreement. So sir what can I do now

You may insist to continue the same business otherwise go to the Civil Court and get a stay order and continue the business. For disposing the case it will take two to three years.

A.contact owner and ask what issue creates if hotal business is continue.try to solve it and rebew agreement.otherwise if she are not ready for renewal ,you can not force her for that.so try to compromise with her.

A.Try to have a mutual settlement for the purpose of ur business. As she is the owner so u may have to take back the deposit & search for similar premises in nearby area if u wish to continue the business.. as u CANNOT force the owner to renew it.

A.If you are using the shop for hotel purpose than how can you mention anything else in the Leave and Licence agreement and also how does the nature of trade means matter to the owner??
