fake case by labour

A worker lodged a fake case on me for unpaid two month salary. Which period he mentioned in case . He was not working in my company. I dont have any proof to prove that i paid him what should i do

A.Feny that he was working for you at that time. Let him prove he did.

A.If he was not working in your company then you must have the record for other labors which may be submitted as proof. If there is no work then no pay let him prove is working in your company first.

Yes sir i have ESI registration.
But labout wants only shop act or factory act. I dont have both. What should i do. Pls . Sir do me for the need ful. I have only 4 or 5 employee. I also work with them.
