Name Change Name Change

Dear Sir/Madam, I've changed my name in 2016. All formalities have already been done. Got my new name in all the IDs like AADHAAR, PAN, VOTER ID etc. But, my previous documents like my certificates(10th, 12th & Graduation) still have my previous name.
I'm appearing in the SSC CGL/JE exams this year. As SSC does not ask for any documents at the time of applying, I've used my new name. I've heard from someone that changing name in the certificates is not mandatory, I don't know if it's true or false.
My question to you is if I clear the exams and get a position in the merit list, will it create any problem at the time of documents verification? How will I explain to them about the two names? What should I do?

A.Hello Sir
Not a big deal. This matter will be sorted out out side the court also. You need to write application to the concerned universities and education boards and annexed your documents pertaining your new name and attach the certificate or marksheet with them. You can also visit the website of the concerned universities and education boards for the same. They may charge some small amount from you as a fee for changing your credentials. You have to exhaust this remedy first. I hope you will get that done easily. For any other assistance click on consult button.
Regards

A.You must get the name changed in all your certificates.
For this you may file a suit for declaration and mandatory injunction directing all the concerned authorities to change your mame in all the certificates.
For further details you may contact me in person through my vidhikarya profile.
Leave a request for consultation there and admins will get in touch with you to connect you to me directly.
