Employment Bond Payment Employment Bond Payment

My company is asking me to pay a bond of ₹2,50,000/- as I'm leaving it before the completion of 12 months of full-time employment. In addition to the bond amount, a loyalty bonus amount of ₹1,26,000/- from my CTC won't be paid to me because an employee would be deemed eligible for it only in case he/she completes 12 months of employment. Also, my company is unwilling to encash the entire year's leave balance in FNF Settlement as per the pro-rata basis.
So, I'm looking for a legal opinion if I can have my bond adjusted with the loyalty bonus. As my company has already kept a huge amount from my CTC with itself, my concern is that it should adjust the bond amount with it and the rest amount payable by me. Also, is it legal for my company to not encash the entire year's leave balance?

A.what is so pressing that you want to leave job before completing 1 year ?

Company has right to recover amount as per contract signed. Company can even file case also.

you can also take legal action for leaves, but you will not do anything legal if company doesnt consider anything because you are employee.
