My father works in BHEL (psu) currently as assistant engineer. He joined as artisan (not a officer/ managerial post). Presently hiss salary is more than 8 lakh per annum. Am i eligible for OBC NCL certificate

To be eligible for obc ncl, your parent's annual income should be less than Rs. 8 Lakhs. Since, it is more than the limit, you are not eligible.

A.Hi,
The income limit for determining the OBC NCL is less than 8 Lakhs Rupees annually. Since, your father earns more then Rs. 8 lakhs annually, you are not eligible for obc ncl.
