Marriage with Cousin Marriage with Cousin

Hello. I'm in love with my first cousin n I want to marry her. I'm from North India and you know in north indian culture it's not good to marry from cousin. But in some city of South India it is eligible to marry from the cousin (whether it's first, second or third cousin). I have one question according to Hindu Marriage Act, cousins cant marry (close relatives) than how it is okay to marry in south india it is also a part of our country. So if I marry my first cousin (my lovelife) in south india it is okay ? We both have been in a relationship since many years. Can we marry via South Indian city ? I'm confused what to do. Please suggest. We both love each other. We want that our parents also understand us.

Thanks.

A.Dear Sir,
According to personal laws these marriages in spinda relationships are not recognized even if you move to other place the laws do not change so it's not a good idea to move South to marry.

A.Dear Sir,
The Hindu Marriage act prohibits such marriages in spinda relationship. So even if you move to south India personal laws do not change so, it wouldn't be considered a valid marriage.

A.if this is allowed then that particular south india city will become marriage hub.
personal law depends on family and not place.
you can marry anywhere if families allow which will not happen because thats the reason you are looking for south india city.

A.With all due respect I would humbly disagree with the advice rendered by my Learned Senior. And I may make it abundantly clear to you that under no circumstances you can marry your first cousin by relocating to any part of the world unless the same is allowed within your family or community. So give up the thought of moving to south india and adopt their system of marriage because personal laws do not change with change of place.
