This is regarding a road accident which is completely the fault of the other person.what he did was hit our car and run without stopping he was driving a two wheeler and we chased him and then he promised to send the money for our loses via upi and gave softcopy of aadhar as a promise .he wanted the bill of the service charges incurred and made us to give false statement to the service center.now he is not picking the call.is there any way to take action on him we are not expecting any money anymore but want him to be punished for his careless driving
