50% salary given for work from home during lockdown 50% salary given for work from home during lockdown

My boss has made us work constantly for extended hours and even on saturdays which were off in normal times and always pressurised us for extra efforts as they were paying us. Since the salary cycle was delayed by 3 months, we never came to know the reality and after 5 months i left company they came with a full anf final offer for salary in which they have stated deduction of 50 % for the period of work from home. Now without giving any prior information of such deduction they made us to work and now suddenly they are deducting the salary after making us work rigourously. HR is only stating companies point of view that to safeguard interest of company and all employees we have made decision to deduct salaries but i dont agree to it since that work from home period was worst professional experience i ever had. What can be done in this scenario.

A.Dear Sir,
This depends on the policies framed by the company. If they are still not paying the salary as promised then you can move to labor court with other employees to ask for full payment of your salary.

A.Dear Sir,
The salary payment will be according to the policies laid by the company. As due to Covid many companies unable to pay their employees and situation are more worst. Still if they are not paying after promising the full salary you can move to labor court and file a application for salary deduction.
