Ancestral property issue
I have filed a court case for house which is the ancestral property and I have got stay from the court also. my brother now started to build a building(looks like a shop) on the same place he didn't get license from local municipality. My question is when the case is ongoing on court is it possible to build a building without license?

A.In your case you have to start quick Civil and Criminal proceeding against your brother then only you can get relief or else their is no use of anything. So approached any advocate and take immediate action.

A.Dear Sir,
If shop construction work is on the same place the court has issued the stay order then you can sue them for contempt of the court. Also, building with license is also not valid.

A.Dear Sir,
Building without taking a license is invalid and you can sue them. If the shop is being build at the same place then you can sue them from breach of court orders on contempt of court and make them liable for the same.

A.building without license ( sanction plan) is not valid in any case. but the stay if is only on the building but the shop is being built away from the building then you have to file another case and take injunction over that property on which the shop is being built, and if the stay extends to that part of the property also then you have to apply to the court for breach of injunction. take police help also from local police after showing the court order of stay.
