Marriage Registration - two names

Hello Sir/Ma'am
I have registered my marriage in Pune. In the certificate, despite my request they have mentioned both names. I only want my old name. Can anyone please guide.

A.You may have the name change and your KYC documents may be in the old name. There is no problem
