Which documents needed ? For small business...

If a person don't own business firm, then, he/she buy goods from other state Under his/her name & sell it to other business firms of his/her area, then, which document is needed as proof to show in income tax that he/she sold goods ?
& which document to show credit sale if he/she sells goods on credit, not instant payment recieved..

A.you need CA or CS for that, not lawyer
