Employer refusing to pick the call disburse salary of month
5 years ago
I've worked in a company for two month the employer has mailed me the appointment letter but never signed it. I have got one month salary and I was made to quit giving some circumstances and was promised the time I worked for( a month) (The evidence I have is the audio recording of a director promising me to disburse my salary, an appointment letter and mails etc).
Do I have a strong case.

A.email is itself a proof of the appointment. It is not necessary to have sign on the email. Make transcript of the email and file the case

A.Send him a legal notice to recover your salary and any due amount from the company. The strength of the case depends on what kind of documents and evidences yo have.
