Respondent has breached the interim order and applied u/s 482 for quashing and got interim relief.Due to lock down he got sufficient period for enjoying relief for about 24 months.Pl advice.

A.which interim order was breached ?
which new interim relief is valid for 24 month due to corona ?
advice can be given based on these information only.

If you are taking abt maintenance then you can get dues afterwards also.

A.Hi,
The Court has granted interim relief after considering the circumstances and if the relief was in compliance with the statues then it cannot be challenged. Extraordinary situations and certain lacunas of procedural laws might unduly benefit a certain party.

A.Hi,
If the relief sought by the respondent is after complying with all the provisions then you cannot do anything since certain procedural aspects sometimes benefit one of the parties. You can later claim relief or maintenance for the delay.
