The police filed a FIR against me during lockdown 2020,u/s IPC 188,269,336,and Kerala Epidemic disaster ordinance - Kedo section (5).the court doesn't send me any summons,while incurred in police station they said ,the case is in court and they will send summons.what do I do...I am an student and can it effect my government job,Pvt job,or getting visa and passport

A.case will come in court and you can get warning or fine.
they are not serious sections so no effect on job, visa (some countries can because of pandemic) or passport.

A.Hi,
Only in case, of serious offences employment is affected. Also, for a passport, nobody can be barred from issuance of a passport on the sole ground that there are criminal charges or proceedings against him. Criminal acts closely related to job profile might affect employment otherwise it is not a major concern.

Courts across the country have asserted that passport applications cannot be rejected summarily on the ground that the applicant was facing criminal charges. Moreover, these offences are not serious and grave in nature to bar you from your job.
