Encroching govt and assigned lands and selling them along with pvt lands Encroching govt and assigned lands and selling them along with pvt lands

Bought land from x and his wife y .x later turned out to be a land grabber. Y bought this land from x brothers share from the joint property owned by x and his brothers inherited from x father and then sold to us. Altogether it was x fathers property inherited after his death and sold to us. X was protected tenant and thats hiw he got these lands. Now sons and daughters of x and his brothers colluded and filed a case for partition making us also a party. They have three properties a b c . They sold a to us and b to one of my friends and c is self occupied. They have filed for partition suit in property a and b only. Now case is hanging in court since past 5 years without moving a inch. Now they
are palnning to sell c property to others and entered in to an agreement with them. The issue is they have illegally occupied govt lands and adsigned lands for about nearly 25acres where as their pvt land is around 10acres. They are showing govt land as theirs and selling that land as pvt land. Geographical location of pvt land and govt land is misrepresented. Already original assignees have filed complaints to collector but they are least bothered. Now is there any way thay we can stop x from selling his land unless and until survey and demarcation of pvt land is taken up under courts supervision. Can we file any writ against the same. Can any of the assignees file a writ stoppiƱg them from selling their land. Even if we can stop them for a year or two our purpose will be served.

A.There are ways to stop them from selling and lock that property in litigation like your properties.
