Pre Legal Initiation Intimation

Dear Sir,
I am holding a leading bank credit card and I have cleared and paid my all due till March 2020. After March I am unable to pay my dues and I have requested for balance EMI conversation option. But the bank did not accept and due to this COVID my salary also gone down. I am trying to get some other PL also, but unluck. Now the banker sent a mail for Pre-Legal Intimation.
Kindly guide me how to resovle this issue. My actual purchase was Rs.69000/-

A.Hi,
Due to penalties and interest piling up on our actual purchase amount, the pending amount would be much higher. Consult with an local lawyer to restructure and renegotiate your repayment option.

A.your actual purchase was Rs.69000/- but now the total dues will be in lakhs.
