I joined a small LLP firm in Feb 2021. They sent me Offer-cum-Appointment letter on my email address. They asked me to sign and return a copy of the letter to them which I have never done. Can I resign the company without serving 2 month notice period as my boss started terribly harassing me now.

A.Since you didn't legally accepted the appointment you are not required to serve them a resignation notice. You are free to take up any new assignment or job at any point of time without any legal liability.

A.If you haven’t signed any appointment later , your appointment with the company is not officially initiated. There is no contract if their is no signature. If you haven’t joined the company then no need of any resignation. You are free to take up any other works .
