Character assasination,dowry harrassment

My husband and inlaws are torchuring me for dowry and they took all my gold and 10 lakhs money from me..they are harassing and beating me and left me and my 3months old child and doing character assassination..how I can make them put in jail and make them punished

A.in reality, putting in jail is difficult because they will take anticipatory bail.
approach a local lawyer if you are hell bound for arrest.
Do you have medical reports from govt hospital and independent witnesses who see you got beaten by them ?
You can file FIR of IPC 498A and DP Act 3,4.
can also fine FIR for recovery by search and seize of Gold.
you can file DV case or maintenance for yourself, son and residence order and compensation.

A.Hi,
You can file a compliant against them under section 498A. They will be arrested and put behind bars, you can seek for maintenance and compensation from them as well.
