Labor officer told me it will take 2-3 years for case to get solved in court. Is it true ? If i pursue a case in court Can i ask court to employer to cover my legal fee. Please suggest.

A.Hi,
You can file a summary suit under Section 33(c) of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947. A summary suit under order 37 of the Code of Civil Procedure is a legal procedure used for enforcing a right that takes effect faster than ordinary suits as unlike in ordinary suits the courts do not hear the defense.

A.Hi,
Section 33(c) of the Industrial Dispute Act of 1947 allows you to file a summary suit. A summary suit, as described by order 37 of the Code of Civil Procedure, is a legal procedure for enforcing a right that takes place quicker than regular suits because the courts do not hear the defense in summary suits.
