NEED MONEY FROM PATASANSHTHA

I, Gaurav Mashalkar write this on behalf of my father Prakash Mashalkar who is a senior citizen . We are from Aurangabad, Maharashtra and we had deposited our money in fixed deposit in Bhaichand Hirachand Raisoni (BHR) Patasanstha. However in June 2014 we were told that BHR was having some financial problems and we have not received any money since then. Please guide on how to proceed in this matter. If we can get any legal help that would be helpful.

A.आप BHR को कानूनी नोटिस भेजे।यदि उनका जबाब आता है तब भी यदि नही आता तब भी मनी रिकवरी केस उन्के खिलाफ सिविल कोर्ट मे मुकदमा दर्ज कराये।
