A.agar husband ache hai toh saath mei lo aur apne pati ke sath alag rahna shuru kardo.
agar nahin toh pehle ek police complaint ki dhamki de do.
agar nahin aur agar pati agree hai toh husband is bhai pe police complaint kardo.

A.Hi,
• Firstly, you can approach the police for the help of a protection Officer, appointed by the government to assist victims of domestic violence. You can also approach any women’s organization or NGO in such matters.
• You can file an FIR in a police station under the Domestic Violence Act 2005 and also under Section 498-A of IPC which deals with cruelty by husband or family members. If they fail to do so then, you can file a complaint before magistrate court or family court against domestic violence.

A.Hi,
You can file a domestic violence complaint in writing against your in laws in Municipal court or police station. Protection Officer will inform you that you have a right to make an application for relief. You can also file a complaint under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code on the ground of cruelty. This relief may be in the nature of any of the following orders:
(i) a protection order;
(ii) order for monetary relief;
(iii) custody order;
(iv) residence order;
(v) compensation order;
(vi) more than any of the aforesaid orders.
