A.आप तहसीलदार के आदेश के विरूध अपील दायर कर सकते हैं।चुकी तहसीलदार को rti देना उसका सवेन्धनीक अधिकार है।वह बिना किसी कारण के उसको रिजेक्ट नही कर सकता है।यदि उसने ऐसा किया है तो उसने अपने अधिकारों का दुर्पयोग किया है।जिसके लिये आप उसके खिलाफ विभाग मे शिकायत भी करा सकते है।
आप से मेरी यह उम्मीद है कि आप मेरे को रेटिंग जर्रूर देंगे।धन्यवाद

A.Hi,
You can file an online FIR if the officer in charge refuses to file your application. If your application is denied, you have the option of filing an appeal, either online or in-person at the office.

A.Hi,
If the concerned officer refused to file your application you can file an online FIR. However, if your application is rejected then you can file an appeal either online through the website or by visiting the office.
