Regarding Transfer
Sir/ Madam, My husband is working with AAI. And his job is transferable in nature. As per the AAI transfer policy, there is an exemption from transfer on the basis of children's education grounds. If the employee's son/daughter is studying in 10th or 12th standard. As per clause no. 10.2 of the transfer policy AAI updated in 2018. In this clause never mention the child residing with parents compulsory for getting exemption on transfer. My son studying in Indore, but now due to a pandemic my son stay at home and his online study is going on. At that time when all the children stay with their parents because all academic institutes are closed now. AAI ready to transfer my husband granted exemption on children education ground. please suggest to me where we can request or file any petition as per the above problem. Because the transfer of this time disturbs my son's study which affects his whole life.

You should approach the higher authoirties in the AAI, otherwise you will have to approach the labor court against the same. You can obtain a injunction on the transfer of your husband.
