Does all the credentials of the proprietorship transfer to it's legal heirs after the death of sole proprietorship... I changed the gst,pan anything... But I want to put tender they ask experience of yours but I don't have .. I submitted my father's FY for experience?
A.No the credentials of a proprietorship does not get transferred with the death of the proprietor. You will have to get them transferred. The problem with proprietorship unlike a partnership or a company is that it ends it with the death of the proprietor and does not have a perpetual life.
