I am 22 years old I lost my father's 11 years back in 2011. after that everything was going good but nowadays my aunt it as we live in a joint family but we have different kitchens. going through a mental treatment as he says he was in depression but he haven't taken her to the hospital since last three years. Understand everything's taking care of her kids shopping ordering cooking she does everything . Yet my uncle says when she tortures us mentally she is in to panic attack or depression even I am also getting panic attack but the reason is her. can I see the complaint against her for mental torture as I have proofs and recordings how she abused through bad words. So she tortures my little sister who is just 11 years old right now in front of my mum.

A.panic attack or depression does not give any right or excuse to any person to do anything.
Give strict warning to uncle and if still not stop their activities then call police since sister is minor.
police will give her proper medicine for depression.
