Need to know rights of Married Daughter who is the only legal Hier after Father and Mother Death ?

A.only legal heir or not, child doesnt have any rights in parents properties until they leave without WILL.
after Father and Mother Death without any WILL, you will get everything in any married/unmarried/divorced condition.

A.Hi,
Daughters are also empowered to inherit ancestral properties ever since the 2005 amendment to the Hindu Succession Act. Even if she is married, she has an equal interest over the inheritance.

A.Hi,
Since the 2005 amendment to the Hindu Succession Act, even daughters have an equal right to the properties of her parents. Therefore, even though she is married, she is still legally qualified to inherit the ancestral properties.
