Legal rights over husband property

If husband want to donates all his property and Bank balance without the consent of his wife then what legal steps his wife can take??
A.Hi,
The husband cannot sell matrimonial house or joint properties without the consent of the wife. But if the property is self-acquired by the husband then he can dispose it as he likes without the consent of the wife.

A.Hi,
If it is the self-acquired property of the husband then he dispose it off without the consent of wife. Only in respect of matrimonial property and joint properties can the wife get a stay on sale of property.

A.if properties are on name of husband and its his self earned properties then he can do anything with them.
However You can file DV case for maintenance and not to sell properties and bank accounts for your claim of maintenance ONLY.
