i was charged with ipc section 323, the case was later settled with mutual understanding and the case was dismissed. Will it still show as criminal record on my PCC

A.I don't think it will be shown in your PCC if it was mutually settled unless the Police has maintained a diary of it to be used against it later on. Usually in mutual settlement petty cases they do not.
