A.You can first send a legal notice through a lawyer.
After that you might not do anyting because you are just a employee worried abt career.

A.Hi,
In the case of a workplace dispute, you can refer to your employment contract and begin by submitting a formal application to the employer for payment of your unpaid salary. Then you can give legal notice to the company demanding compliance, and if no payment is received, you can take legal action via the Labour Commission.

A.Hi,
If you had a written agreement then you can send him a application for complying with the same and solve it amicably. You can further send the legal notice with the help for your advocate and file a civil suit.

A.Send him a legal notice to recover the dues. You can also file a civil case to recover the dues. Alternatively you can initiate an Online Dispute Resolution ODR process through Vidhi Samaadhaan at VIdhikarya Centre for Dispute Resolution.
