Online Fraud
I have recently enrolled in data entry job which is said to be fake but friend of mine has earned 16k in the past but now same company has many complains on YouTube how do I verify whether they are legit
A.It seems that you are a victim of online cyber fraud.
1) Which was the website and does the company have their own website ?
2) Who recommended you for this online work?
3) Where do you stay?
4) Do you have any contact details of which person you spoke to you for the contract work ?
5) Did you sign any type of Contract or Agreement with the company?
6) Most of these types of companies are fraud? They will just keep demanding money & reject your work.
7) As now they have sent you the legal notice or may send through email there is a high chance that they may file a case against you. It will be always better if you send a legal notice by a Lawyer to the company for their false claim and mental harassment for you.
8) Also make sure that you are recording all the phone Calls which they have been calling you for money?
9) If possible we can help you to file a complaint to cyber crime office in your area if they are sending you continuous messages & emails for the payments.
If you realize my professional skills, the time & efforts put in by me needs to be truly appreciated, and then Please “CLICK MY LIKES/ THUMBS UP/GIFT” button shown below this reply format & also CLICK/ WRITE a “REVIEW” in 5 star as I have answered your query in detail. Hope this information is useful

A.Hey,
You can verify the details of the company at MCA.gov.in and check their GST registrations and ask them there ITR of last two years. If they don't provide theses information don't join the firm.

A.Hi,
You can check the data of the company at MCA.gov.in and additionally ask them their registered GST Number and Bank Statement. If they don't provide you with that then don't join the firm. Please do the due dilligence before joining.

A.These data entry fraud cases are done by those companies which are fake and and they themselves are fraud and harass simple and common boys and girls from villages and small towns. You must know how to save yourself from these type of fraudsters and protect yourself.
First of whenever you get a job offer of these kind from an unknown company to do data entry do not accept that job as mostly they are fake jobs.
Secondly before accepting ask them to send a job offer letter and the company profile and website.
Ask them to send the company GST no. PAN no. CIN no and check the same online whether they are valid or not of they are not valid then just ignore and do not go ahead.
If suppose they threaten you then tell that you are going to file a police complaint and lodge an FIR against the data entry fraud company and then hopefully they should stop harassing you.
Never ever pay them any money whatever happens.
