A.Hi,
Partnership fails when one of the partners leaves. In your case, there is no agreement as well but you might have certain conversation which could be admitted as evidence to establish the occurrence of partnership. You can lodge a complaint with the police for cheating and breach of trust.

A.Hi,
Since you have no agreement it is very tough to prove the existence of a partnership. But you can still file a police complaint against your partner for the offences of cheating and criminal breach of trust as per S.415 and S.406. Further your messages and money transaction acn also be admitted as evidence.
If you found my answer helpful then kindly rate me.

A.If there is no agreement then you have very less chance to do anything but still you can try to file a civil case and try to bring some evidence and witness to prove your case if you can

A.Hello,

Your facts are not clear, i am giving my opinion on possible circumstances.
If you have invest with your friend being a business partner, First you have to check whatsup chat, email or any communication or any transaction/dealing where he directly involve to show the involvement of him in business. Agreement can be verbally but its quit difficult to prove the same, so you have to collect the above to show his involvement with you. You can approach the witnesses those are common to prove the verbal agreement.

If you given friendly loan then you can file the recovery suit for recovery of your money.
You can also approach to Mediation and Conciliation Centers, at District Court or High Court for pre-Litigation proceeding, where you can resolve the issues amicably.

Thanks with regards

Nishant Singh (Adv)
