I resigned from current job by serving notice paper through portal but I dint receive any communication from HR regarding my resignation is accepted or not. I have 60 days notice period & its been 30 days without communication

A.As you entered in portal so status should be updated in portal.
but it depends on company also if they have robust portal or only for name sake.
or
there can be bug also.

take screenshot of portal resignation and send it to HR and your manager an make bcc/cc to your private email-id (for future protection)

A.Hi,
The notice period begins when the resignation is submitted, but it is entirely determined by company policy and the employment agreement. As soon as possible, you should make contact with the HR Department's authorities and staff and seek clarification regarding this policy and the status of your notice period.

A.Write a mail to your to your reporting manager about it get the clarification on it. If you have already initiated in the system then your days should be counted from that day.
