About alimony and rights

I was married in 2019, but my husband wants divorce , because i had bf phys relationship before marraige and because of some kundali issues too, but i was loyal in marraige, i aggreed to separate, but i want to know i am eligible for alimony and maintaince or not??

A.Maintenance depends on your and his income.
You can ask Alimony because he can not get divorce on basis on bf phys relationship before marriage.
But you can go for mutual divorce and in that alimony and maintenance depends on both of you.

A.You are entitled to get alimony and maintenance from your husband. The actions before the marriage does not effect the marriage at all. You can seek for one time settlement amount during the divorce. Meet divorce lawyer to file application of divorce, u can cont me about this,

Acts and physical relations took prior to the marriage have no bearing on the marriage. Your husband is obligated to pay you alimony and maintenance. You can demand alimony at the time of your divorce additionally the amount of alimony is dependent on the ground of divorce. A.You are eligible for maintenance and/or alimony since your matter does not fall in the ambit of adultery if you were loyal in the marriage, however if you are ready to separate than go for mutual consent divorce and claim one time permanent alimony. A.आपसी सहमति से लिय गए तलाक मे one time settalment hota h।जिसके अन्तर्गत आप भरण पोषण के रुप में एक मुस्त राशि प्राप्त करते है।
यदि आपके सम्बंधो के बारे में आपके पति को मालुम है।ओर उसके पास पर्याप्त सबूत हैं।तब खर्चा नही माँग सकते है।
