Father k 2 bete hai unme se ek ki 6 month pehle hi shadi hui hai married ladke ki bimari se death ho jati h. Ab agar father 1 bete k naam sari property krleta hai or beta sari property sale kr deta h. Window us property k liye court jaa sakti hai ?

A.It depends on nomenclature of property
Is that property is ancestors property then widow has right to their property and take his share through courts.
Is that property is agricultural land then (in U.P.) widow has no right to their property. She can only get monthly maintenance from his father in law by the court.
Is that property is self-aquire property of her father in law then she has no right to their property but she can get monthly maintenance from his father in law by the court under Hindu adoption and maintenance act.

A.father ki property hai
father ki marzi kisko deni hai kisko nahin.
Widow us property k liye court nahin jaa sakti

agar grandfather ki property hai toh sabka adhikar hai.
tab Widow us property k liye court jaa sakti hai

A.Hey,
Property is in the name of the brother than widow can't claim share in the property but under Maintenance act she can claim maintenance from her in-laws and file for maintenance under crpc.

A.विधवा उस प्रॉपर्टी के लिए बिल्कुल कोर्ट जा सकती है और कोर्ट में केस लड़के उस प्रॉपर्टी को वापस ला सकती और अपने हिस्से को पा सकती है।
