Sir, mere brother ne 2013yrs me GPA Agent dwara 40/50 plot survey no.46/A me liya unke saath aur 8members liye unke plot ke baajuwaale yaani survey no.46/B waale woh land hamari bolke woh logonse arguement kar rahathe, phir police aayi do partyon ke matter sunker woh land ownership ke liye local tahsildar ko apply kiya phir MRO ne woh land hamari hi hai bolke ek owner ship certificate diya, phir mere saath aur do log milkar GP Permission lekar chota sa ghar banwaliye hamare paas registration papers house tax bills, electricity bills bhi hai. phir wo dusre party waale is case ko high court me daale humko survey no 46/B me interfare nahi hona bolke notice aaya hum to 46/A me hai. phir humne bhi counter daala.hamare wakkel saab bole court case ko pending me rakhdiya hai lihaaza aap log apne apne plot me ghar banwalo, koi rok tok kare to mujhe report karo my arguement karunga bolke kaha. kya hum case jeetenge mere bhai abhi wahan pe home loan leke achha ghar banwana chahte hai banwa sakte kya sir.
A.If other parties not satisfied tehseeldar's order then they file civil suit but they directly went Honourable Highcourt . Prima facai alternative remedy is available, so don't worry your case is very strong. Follow your lawyer' advice.

We can arrive at a final conclusion only on the complete perusal of the documents in land survey disputes. Since you have the ownership certificate granted to you, then you have the upper hand. In any case, please take your lawyer's advice before any consideration.

A.Hi,
It is better if you take your current lawyer's advice. Usually civil matters pertaining to land survey disputes are very subjective. Since you have the tehsildar' order granting you the ownership certificate, you may present before the high court.
