A.Hello,
You can file the the criminal complaint/case for cheating, Criminal breach of trust, Dishonest Misappropriation of Property under section 420, 403 and 406 of IPC against the builder. Also at the same time file an complaint before the Civil Court for recovery of money and damages. You can also approach to the RERA Authority for compensation and complaint of builder or agent.

A.Yes, you can file both civil and criminal suits to avail remedies. Additionally, if the property is RERA registered, you can also get relief from the appropriate RERA authority, including complete refund along with interest.

A.Hi,
You can sue the builder for cheating and fraud. Otherwise, you can claim civil case for violation of contract terms and seek damages and compensation from the builder.
